Mission Statement
To provide my clients with a superior level of knowledge, uncompromising integrity, and excellent customer service. To develop and maintain lifelong working relationships. Implementing honesty, trust, and understanding as the foundation of my business practices.
Professional Service
I represent both buyers and sellers with equal enthusiasm and commitment. It is with great satisfaction that I help a client buy their first home or move into their dream house. A degree in Business Administration, a broker's license, a nationally recognized designation of Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), and membership on the Citrus Valley Real Estate Professionals Committee and Scholarship Committee, compliment nearly 20 years of experience in marketing commercial and residential construction and contract negotiation.
This experience benefits my clients by walking through the complex process of real estate with confidence, and handling unexpected market hurdles with ease. I dedicate myself to continued education in order to be on the cutting edge of the industry, prepared to protect my client's interests and desires: I do not settle for a mediocre deal, but seek the best possible price for the listing, and conclude a search only when I locate the perfect home.
I bring a strong desire to use my resources to further the advancement of the real estate profession by encouraging and promoting continued education, and developing a commitment to community service.
Loan Services
As a registered Associate with LoanWorks and close association with various other lenders, I can provide you with loan services from the pre-approval letter through final loan funding. It is an easy process ... call me!
Community Service
My community involvement begins with volunteering at the Methodist Hospital of Southern California, serving as Chair of the Foundation's Women's Leadership Council and formerly as First Vice President of Membership for the Women's Auxiliary, and donating 10% of all earned income to the Maternal Child Health Program. I also support the Hematology/Oncology Parent Emergency Fund at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. Many people feel their contribution will make little difference. That could not be further from the truth. If we all pitch in, we will collectively make a tremendous impact.
Charitable Causes
Children's Hospital Los Angeles
The patients at Children's Hospital Los Angeles may be small, but they have hearts of lions. It takes great courage just for some of them to get through a day. Despite what these children might have to endure, they remain resilient and full of hope. While the hospital staff helps them get well, we can support their families. Contributing resources to the Social Worker's Parent Emergency Fund, assists families with needs that are not covered by federal grants or insurance money. This fund provides needy families with emergency supplies during their visit to the hospital, such as parking, taxi or bus money, and food and clothing vouchers.
Methodist Hospital of Southern California
Only a handful of community hospitals have an advanced maternal child health program or neonatal ICU. Methodist Hospital, located in Arcadia, has filled this need and continues to expand their expertise. They not only provide critical care for babies, but an overall wellness program for parents. In addition, Methodist Hospital also has a Cancer Resource Center providing valuable support for cancer patients. Due to the rising costs of medical care, staff and resources are limited, increasing the need for volunteers and donated services. I partner with other volunteers, who seek to provide help in these critically important facilities. If you would like to help, please call me.
Closing Comments
I look forward to meeting your real estate needs as well as work shoulder to shoulder in service to our community. Being a volunteer makes a difference in our local community, and I encourage you to join us in making the world a better place.
Thank you,
